Good Morning,
This week is packed with a little bit of everything that makes the Space Coast such a fun place to live. From the excitement building around SpaceX’s upcoming Starship Flight 12 to local events happening right here in town, there’s always something going on in Titusville.
If you’ve looked across the river lately, you may have noticed the massive SpaceX Gigabay rising near Kennedy Space Center. It’s a reminder that the future of space exploration is literally taking shape in our backyard and will soon be hosting Starships.
🏈
Last week I mentioned football, and what do you know… tonight the Titusville Terriers hit the field for their Blue & Gold scrimmage game as they prep for the upcoming season. There is something special about Friday night lights in Titusville, and it’s always fun seeing the community come together to support local athletes.
If you want some old-Florida style fun, head out and catch JP playing at Loughman’s Lakeside Restaurant Sunday. It’s always an entertaining place. Later in the week there is a job fair, as well as a great opportunity to connect with others at the After-Work Networking party hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.
🎂
Earlier this week I celebrated my birthday and it got me thinking, when is everyone else’s birthday? To find out I’m going to be conducting mini polls asking what month were you born so that eventually when your birthday comes around, we can recognize and celebrate you. So let me ask…
Were you born in May?

Starship Flight 12 Could Transform the Future of Space Travel
Space fans around the world are watching closely as SpaceX prepares for the highly anticipated launch of Starship Flight 12 — the first mission featuring the company’s brand-new “Version 3” Starship mega rocket. Scheduled to launch from Starbase, Texas, May 19th. Flight 12 marks a major leap forward for the future of deep-space travel and could become one of the most important Starship tests yet.
Standing over 400 feet, what makes Flight 12 so exciting is that nearly everything has been upgraded. The new Starship V3 features redesigned engines, a more advanced Super Heavy booster, improved fuel systems, and major launch pad upgrades designed to support faster launches and rapid rocket reuse. This launch marks another step toward Nasa and SpaceX’s goal of launching from Cape Canaveral.
