Humanity Returns to the Moon on April 1st
On April 1st, four astronauts will climb aboard NASA's Orion spacecraft and do something no human has done in 54 years — leave Earth orbit and journey toward the Moon.
The Artemis II mission carries three historic firsts: the first woman, the first person of color, and the first non-American citizen to travel beyond Earth's orbit. And if you're in Titusville, you won't need a ticket to witness it — just a spot along the Indian River at dusk.
The Artemis II is scheduled to launch April 1st. Is that an April fool's joke or will it go?
